Origins Super Spot Remover

Hello! I hope you are all having a wonderful day :)

I have never owned any specific spot treatments before because I never really get spots, so have never needed one. Last month however, my skin went a little crazy and started breaking out a lot, so Natalie recommended I try the Origins Super Spot Remover!

The bottle of this is teeny tiny, but you really do only need the tiniest amount each time so this will last for ages! The product itself is a clear gel which you squeeze out of the top. I then just dab a little bit over any spots or problem areas I have. I only use this at night time as it does tighten a bit, so I don't know how makeup would sit over it, plus I wouldn't want my spot to look dry in the daytime!

Last month I used this religiously every evening on my blemishes and they have all completely gone! I do have a little bit of redness left where some of them were, however I am still using this every few nights which is helping that to fade. Most of my spots reduced in size pretty quickly and completely disappeared within a few days to a week. I did have a few stubborn ones which hung around a little longer, but they were extremely teeny tiny and I could only see them when I looked in my magnified mirror with a light! Haha :)

I am very very impressed with this and would highly recommend this spot treatment! I have had about two spots pop up within this last week, so I used this on them every night for a few days and they disappeared!

Have you ever tried it? I would love to know if you have any other Origins recommendations too! I have a  few of their masks and love them :)

This is available here for £11.70.

I hope you are all having a lovely weekend! I am off on holiday tomorrow with my parents to the seaside! I will try and take lots of photos and hopefully the weather will be lovely :)

Deborah Milano 24 Ore Absolute Volume Mascara

Hello! As you probably know, I absolutely love mascara! I own way too many and even when I find one I love, I still go out and buy more. When I received the Deborah Milano 24 Ore Absolute Volume Mascara*, I was really excited to try it!

This mascara claims to achieve a false lash effect by volumising, defining and lengthening eyelashes. I have used this every single day since I first tried it because it is just amazing! It is definitely one of the best mascaras I have, and I own a lot!

I do prefer slightly smaller brushes and this brush is pretty big, so that is the only downfall. It's definitely not too big though and I don't end up with mascara all over my eyelid! I do find it a little too big for my lower lashes and it leaves them looking clumpy, however I don't tend to ever wear mascara on my bottom lashes though so this doesn't bother me!

I curl my lashes before applying mascara and the curl holds all day. This mascara is very black and does not smudge, flake or budge at all throughout the day. I never usually have any issues with mascaras smudging, however I have used a couple before that flake a little on my face throughout the day.

This is such an amazing mascara and I have been using it everyday for about a month now! That is amazing for me because even when I find one I love, I usually still switch between a few and buy new ones which I haven't been doing at all!

I don't have a photo of this on my eye because honestly, I am rubbish at taking photos of my face! Haha but I am wearing it in my March Favourites video :)

This mascara is available here for £9.50. Bargain!

Have you tried this mascara? I hadn't heard of Deborah Milano before I received this, but I have been trying another product from them as well which I am really enjoying! There will be a review of that soon.

I hope you are all having a wonderful day!

Meet My Advertisers | April

Hello everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful day. You may already know that I have started offering advertising on my blog! This is my first month of offering it so I am very excited to be writing my first little 'Meet My Advertisers' post! I think these posts are lovely as you get to know the blogs that are sitting in my sidebar this month and also find some wonderful new blogs to read.

If you would be interested in advertising with me next month then you can find all the information by clicking here.

I have three wonderful ladies in my sidebar this month so let me introduce them to you!

I have been following Liv's blog for a while now and it is fantastic! I could read her posts for hours because I just love the way she writes. Liv mainly focuses on beauty reviews but she also posts some great 'How to' posts! Lately she posted a 'How to : Contour and Highlight' post which I would definitely recommend having a read of. I am ridiculously awful at contouring and this little ladies post was super duper helpful! Her posts are always so detailed and her photos are just incredible! Liv swatches everything and the photos are always so clear! What a star :)

Before I say anything, go to this lovely ladies about me page and look at the top photo of her and a kitten. Awwwwwwww! Nicola used to have the blog 'The Daily Swatch' so if you used to read that and wondered where it has gone, you have found it! All of Nicola's posts tend to be kept quite short and sweet and they are all such a joy to read! She writes a mixture of posts about fashion, skincare, makeup and much more. Her fashion taste is beautiful and I just want everything she shows on her blog! Plus she is a lovely lady :)

I discovered Albertine's blog a little while ago when she asked me to design it for her and it is a real goodie! Whether you want to read reviews, hauls, FOTD's or tags, this girl has them all! Her photos are clear and fabulous as well :) I love reading her FOTD posts, my personal favourite being 'The minimalist' - if only I had her gorgeous, clear skin as well! I also found out recently that Albertine makes Youtube videos! Woohoo :)

Those are all of my April advertisers! I really hope you have enjoyed this post and if you would like to advertise with me next month, just let me know! All of the information is here.

Nude Natural Radiance Set

Hello! If you watched my recent haul video you will have seen me mention my Nude Skincare Set, which was recommended to me by the lovely Zoe Newlove! I was looking for some new skincare to try, so I bought this set whilst I was in John Lewis.

I have been using these products for one month now and have run out of one of them, so I thought I would review it for you! In this set there is a 15ml cleansing oil, 15ml day moisturiser and 10ml treatment oil.

The Perfect Cleansing Oil is the product I have run out of! I was using this every morning and evening on my face and eyes. When I first used this, I tried it on a full face of makeup to see how it removed makeup and it was amazing! It removed all my face and eye makeup so easily by almost dissolving it so it all just melted away. Normally though, I used my Bioderma first and then used this afterwards to cleanse.

I apply a couple of pumps of this to dry skin and massage it in. I then rinse it off with water and it forms a milk. I love using this cleanser as it feels so lovely on my skin and leaves my face incredibly soft and smooth! I do sometimes prefer a cleanser that really deeply cleanses my face, but as an everyday morning and evening one, this is lovely!

I use the Radiant Day Moisturiser every morning and I absolutely love it! I am always trying new moisturisers  because I never felt as though I had found my perfect one, but I have now! When I first used this I wasn't overly keen on it as it doesn't absorb into the skin as quickly as other moisturisers I have used. I really like this now though as it means I spend longer massaging it in and my skin is left so unbelievably soft! My skin is also left looking healthy and radiant, without looking oily.

When I run out of this, I will definitely be purchasing a full size!

I haven't used any expensive face oils before this one, so I was excited to try it! The first couple of times I used this, I didn't apply enough at all! I put about two drops onto my fingers, rubbed it into my hands and patted it onto my skin. I think by the time I applied it to my face though, a lot had absorbed into my hands and I didn't feel like there was anything going onto my face! What I now do is apply a couple of drops to my fingers, dot it on my face and then press it in.

I absolutely love this oil! My skin feels amazing after I use this and just looks so healthy! My nose is normally very oily but since using these products, it is hardly oily at all any more! I feel as though this treatment oil actually helps control the oil on my nose!

All three of these products leave my skin looking and feeling so soft and radiant, plus they all smell incredible. I do have a very oily nose and none of these products leave it looking any oilier or shinier!

This set is available here for £38 which I think is fab! You can also look at each individual product here :)

Have you tried any Nude skincare products? What is your favourite skincare brand?

Mac Soft and Gentle

Hello! I hope you are all having a lovely week. I have actually been quite busy lately and yesterday was my first day of not having to go out in about a week, so I made the most of it and stayed in my pyjamas!

If you watch my Youtube videos, you will have seen a little while ago I bought the Mac Soft and Gentle highlighter. This is something that had been on my wishlist for a very long time, however I was never sure enough to buy it!

I had read numerous reviews and seen loads of swatches of this and it always looked too glittery for my liking! All of the reviews I read though said it was a lovely highlighter so I decided to buy it anyway!

The colour in the pan is gorgeous and on my finger, it's still gorgeous. The first time I applied this to my face though, it was very glittery! I used a little brush to sweep this along my cheekbones and not much colour transferred at all, mainly glitter particles.

I did mention this in my haul video and someone nicely commented saying if I buff it in, it could help. I have tried buffing it in and it does actually help a little bit, and I find a lot more colour is added so it just looks sheeny and shimmery.

I am a little bit disappointed with this, however I am very glad someone suggested buffing it in as it looks a lot nicer when I do.

I find this actually looks a lot prettier and is much more wearable down the centre of my nose compared to my cheekbones! I will definitely carry on using this, maybe just not everyday as it can look a little bit too much!

I am sure I will get a lot more use out of this during the Summer as well!

This is available here for £21.50.

Have you tried this highlighter? I would love to know what you think of it :) Please let me know if you have any other powder highlighter suggestions!
